What are your studio hours? Can I stop in and buy something?
Yes! We are generally open 10-5pm during the work week. And for First Fridays from 7pm-10pm. Email us at email@example.com if you want to make sure someone is around.
I love your products. Can I sell them in my store?
Yes! Contact firstname.lastname@example.org for our most recent products and prices. We do not do consignment.
I like PUP! How can I get involved?
Check out our volunteer tab and tell us about yourself. Also, attend a First Friday at PUP HQ and introduce yourself.
Can I place an order for a custom product? What about bulk pricing?
Generally no. Occasionally for bulk orders we will generate a custom product. Email email@example.com for questions regarding custom or bulk orders.
I have some extra fabric/resources. Can I donate them to PUP?
Generally no. We have limited space and resources and currently focus on materials that have historic significance to Indianapolis. If you aren't sure, get in touch at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I hire PUP to sew/make something?
No. This does not fit with our mission.
Do you sell any of your materials 'as-is?'
Generally no. We are however developing a program where this will change. Sign up for our e-newletter to stay informed.
Aren't you almost out of fabric?
No. We've only used a fraction of our resources. For example, we salvaged 13 acres of the RCA Dome roof. We've likely used only 1-2% of this.
Why are your products so expensive?
Are they? We think we deliver unique and quality products at a great price. Each product is handmade by local designers. All the fabrics must be designed, cleaned, cut, lasercut, stitched, and tagged. It's an impressive process with lots of hands involved from start to finish.
